Bar + Beverage
Bartenders working at Meanwhile Block must meet the venue's bartender
requirements, including TIPS certification.
Confirm your bar plan and
bartender with the Meanwhile Block team before finalizing service.
Catering
Weddings require a full-service caterer to remain onsite throughout the event for food handling, bussing tables, managing food/beverage, and strike. You may choose your caterer; the companies below are recommendations from Meanwhile Block.
Coordinators / Planners
Someone has to manage the day.
Your planner or coordinator keeps the people, timing and moving pieces
connected so you can actually enjoy what you planned.
All weddings at Meanwhile Block require an approved and insured
professional planner or coordinator.
Your coordinator cannot be a guest of the wedding, a friend or family member, or serve in another vendor role in addition to coordinating.
The Meanwhile Block team must approve your coordinator before you hire, so please confirm your choice with us before signing a contract.
Event Insurance
Protect the party.
Event insurance is required for events at Meanwhile Block. Your policy must meet the coverage requirements outlined in your rental agreement.

Meanwhile Block has tables and chairs available onsite, and you can choose to setup the furniture yourself or let our team manage it.
