Wedding vendor lists are due 90 days before the event. Non-wedding event vendor lists are due 30 days before the event.
Professional + insured.
Vendors working onsite should carry appropriate business and liability insurance. It helps protect you, your vendor team and the venue when people, products and equipment are coming onto the property.
Someone has to run the day.
Your planner or coordinator keeps the people, timing and moving pieces connected so you can actually enjoy what you planned.
All weddings at Meanwhile Block require a professional, insured planner or coordinator. Couples must submit planner or coordinator information no later than 90 days before the wedding.
Feed your people well.
From full-service dinners and family-style Italian to BBQ, pizza, tacos, grazing tables and food trucks, there are plenty of ways to make the menu feel like you.
Meanwhile Block requires full-service caterers to remain onsite throughout the event for all weddings. You may choose any caterer you want — these are simply some of our favorites.
Something good to sip.
Cocktails, craft beer, coffee or zero-proof drinks — your beverage service gets to have personality too.
Bartenders must be TIPS certified. Hosted bars do not require additional permitting through Meanwhile Block. Direct alcohol sales to guests must comply with applicable Colorado liquor licensing requirements.
Who said you had to have cake?
Cake. Donuts. Pastries. Ice cream. Dessert bars. The sky is the limit.
You're going to make memories here.
Hire someone who can capture them in a way that feels like you. Meanwhile Block gives photographers downtown character, warehouse texture, natural light and industrial spaces to work with.
Capture the movement, voices and energy too.
Video captures the pieces a photograph can't — the laugh, the toast, the music, the movement and what the room actually felt like.
Your DJ does a lot more than press play.
A great DJ reads the room, manages energy, handles announcements and helps keep the timeline moving.
Nothing changes a room quite like live music.
A string ensemble. A local duo. A full band taking over the room. This is where you can really play with the atmosphere.
Big ideas sometimes need more power.
Presentations, projection, specialty lighting, sound, staging and larger productions are where an experienced AV team comes in.
Bring your AV company into the conversation early for events with significant production needs so power, placement and load-in can be planned correctly.
Bring in something alive.
Go minimal, oversized, colorful, wild, architectural or completely unexpected. The warehouse can take it.
Open-flame candles are not permitted at Meanwhile Block. Flameless candles can still create plenty of atmosphere.
