With an entire city block boasting 3 separate buildings to choose from, The Meanwhile Block is perfect for all sizes of events. Whether you’re expecting 20 guests or 2000 people milling about, The Meanwhile Block can do it all!

Absolutely! You can book any of our 3 lots for an outdoor event.

We are open to discussing your decor requests! We strive to make your dream a reality while also maintaining the space.

For safety, we do not allow open flames on the premises, which includes sparklers.

The space will be exclusively yours for up to 14 hours. You can start as early as 5AM and end as late as 2AM!

Each booking includes:
- Access to the space for 14 hours
- WiFi
- Shared parking (exclusive parking included for all full venue buyouts)

Private events may provide their own alcohol. We require events with alcohol to have a TIPS certified bartender for the duration of the event. Please confirm your bar plan and bartender with the Meanwhile Block team before finalizing service.

The Meanwhile Block allows outside catering! We do not have on-site catering at this time.

For weddings: Weddings require a full-service caterer to remain onsite throughout the event for food handling, bussing tables, managing food/beverage, and strike. You may choose your caterer; the companies below are recommendations from Meanwhile Block.

Yes! The Meanwhile Block is perfect for small weddings and big weddings. With three separate venue spaces, The Meanwhile Block can accommodate intimate weddings with under 50 guests as well as large weddings with over 400 guests!
